1. Where are Mavwick's products made?
All of our products are proudly crafted in-house at our Texas facility. From pouring to packing, we oversee every step to ensure premium quality and purpose-driven care in everything we make.
2. Are your products safe for sensitive skin and homes with pets or children?
Yes. We use phthalate-free fragrance oils and gentle, non-toxic ingredients across all our products. That said, always test in small areas and keep out of reach of pets and children.
3. What makes Mavwicks different?

5. How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or major launches, shipping times may extend slightly, but we promise it’s worth the wait. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
6. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We package everything with care, but if something arrives damaged, email photos to support@mavwicksfragrance.com within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
7. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
We move fast. If you need to make a change, please contact us at support@mavwicksfragrance.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
8. Do you offer international shipping?
