30-Day Hassle-Free Returns:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No hard feelings — we promise!

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Send us a message at [support@mavwicksfragrances.com] with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

We will issue STORE CREDIT for products damaged during shipping provided the following steps are followed:

  1. Please contact us immediately upon delivery (exchange requests must be made within 36 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays) with your order number and photos of the damaged product. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE PRODUCT BEFORE CONTACTING US. We cannot issue credit without proof of damage.
  2. If requested, you must return the damaged product. We will cover the return shipping costs.

Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt. If you receive incorrect or are missing items, please follow these steps:

Incorrect Items:

  2. Products must be unused and in good condition. Please include photos in your email; exchanges or replacements cannot be processed without them.
  3. If required, you must return the product. We will cover the shipping costs.

Missing Items:

If items are missing from your order, please contact us immediately with your order number. Upon confirming the omission, we will promptly ship the missing items at no additional charge. Please note, due to our inventory constraints, delayed reporting may result in extended wait times. You may choose to wait, select an alternative of equal or lesser value, or receive a refund.
